Bring on the New Year Resolutions

I usually do not make New Year resolutions but I have decided that I am going to start making a few for next year. I guess the challenge is to see if I actually stick to it. I will be blogging about my resolutions over the coming days leading to 31st December so I hope that you will stick around and perhaps share yours too!

My first resolution is to exercise more. Yes this is always on everyone’s list so I am joining the club. My clothes feel a bit snug and I don’t think my nightly chocolate fix is helping. I suppose I can always start by walking. I used to walk from the train station where I get off for work and then do a 25-minute hike to my office. I think the last time I did that was January or February because I decided that it is too rainy/ cold/ early/ hot/ lazy to walk.

Year 2012 – no more excuses. Now where did I put my runners?
